Furthermore, the residence of Florida should also be given the opportunity to report the names of government employees who are capable of providing outstanding services to the public. By doing so, FDMS government employees will be more alert in delivering good quality service to its valuable customers.Thank God for giving me the strength and courage to complete this research paper for my Master’s degree in Public Administration.
