The job duties will include tasks like Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, invoicing and receipting, filing, phoning Debtors, Mail Run and Banking and Promotions Reconciliations. The accounting part of the job is related to dealing with the financial matters of the company. Whereas the remaining aspects of the job are administrative tasks that are involved with promoting the business activities of the company. 2. I managed to locate this ad at imgarcade.com. The ad was posted by a HR company and this website is an online image arcade.

The website is basically a collection of images on different topics and also contains the images of the advertisements that are posted by various companies. 3. The advertisement is posted by Abbertons which is a company that provide human resources to other companies. For them it is important that the selected individuals perform according to the expectations of the employers. 4. (a) Because I have a ‘can-do’ attitude always(b) Because I am qualified enough to take this job(c) Because I love doing administrative tasks5. (a) I will put the qualities of my personality in the top most section of the document (b) My qualifications that related to this job will immediately follow my personality characteristics6. (a) My cover letter will be molded according to the details of the job to demonstrate my capability and fitness for this job (b) My cover letter will describe me as an individual who is well organized and pays strong attention to details and have excellent communication skills. 7. Yes, I already have a resume and I made it myself by researching on the internet about how to make an effective resume.

I made it last year; although I have not used it to get a job as yet.
