This justifies the arguments by financial economist that financial trade is always regulated by market forces like prestige and competition (Shleifer, 2008). The time period analyzed in this journal is from the early 18th century when many countries were under colonization up to the recent date when each country has her government. In their finding, the LLSV argues that different strategies of ordinary civil law and its role started many years back. This vague ways of regulation became to be adopted into various legal laws and rules (Shleifer, 2008).

They then became in use in various other legal flat forms and also in other fields like human resource. When ordinary law spread into the larger world due to development of colonies by the United Kingdom, other values like human capital and civil laws became spread too. Irrespective of the ordinary adaptation, the essential frameworks and believes of different legal frameworks have up to date continued to input considerable pressure on the economic results of different countries. This is a connection of the research finding that shows that the researchers had traced the event from the early years when many countries were under colonization up to time where they show how the legal system that happen many years ago continue to influence the economic outcomes in the current era (Shleifer, 2008).

One primary source of date used in this article is research findings and facts. After LLSV successfully wrote a variety of articles that dealt with issues of legal protection of external traders and their effects, the story then generated a fair amount of follow up studies. This shows that LLVT used findings from the follow up research they regularly carried (Shleifer, 2008).
