Examine if the organisation is fulfilling its d mission and what are the likely threats, challenges and opportunities facing the organisation? Introduction Arts and culture is the integral part of human life. Arts are languages devoid of any barriers or boundaries. It is being noticed that art organizations are substantially different than the other organizations across the world. Operational patterns and financial situations of the art organizations vary from the other profitable organizations. But these kinds of organizations also have mission statements and they always have long term business policies. These kinds of art organizations are generally very much creative in nature. They showcase their creativity with the help of their arts and business practices. Generally these kinds of organizations are significantly flexible and contemporary. Here in this study the selected organization is Twin Cities Fine Arts. The organization is situated in Minneapolis, USA. Over the years the organization has been engaged with various kinds of arts related activities. The organization was developed in March 2000. Here in this paper, the organization will be analysed on the basis of various criterions. In the discussion section several factors related with the organization will be discussed. The essay will be a step by step approach which will critically evaluate all the insights of the organization. Discussion Mission statement of the organization is to be supportive for the art community. This mission statement of the organization is clearly showing the cooperative nature of the art organization. The mission statement is reflecting societal sensitivity of the company. With the nature of the business the mission statement is absolutely suitable. Various kinds of activities of the company are perfectly falling in line with the mission statement. In their mission statement a sense of utilitarianism is clearly present. The art company was founded in March, 2000. The organization has successfully completed 14 years of their business operations. Due to its 14 years of operations the company has able to show its calibres significantly. Now a day’s Twin Cities Fine Arts is a familiar name in the American arts domain. Within this short period of time the company has able to attract arts loving people in US. The company has been able to increase its members significantly. Twin Cities Fine Arts is a non profit membership-based organization. Income of the organization is not distributed among the members, officers and the directors of the company. The organization is governed by the Non-Profit Corporation Act (1986)1. Being a non-profit organization it enjoys tax exemption by the Internal Revenue Service. The organization also can be called as 501(c) (3) company. Due to its non-profit nature the organization distributes its surplus revenue for achieving its future objectives. The company is related with various kinds of charitable activities. Over the years the organization has been involved with various social welfares. It has donated money for the distressed people of the country. The organization has arranged lots of exhibitions, and donations collected from that exhibition have been contributed to Federal relief funds. Apart from that the organization has extended helping hand towards the educational sector as well. It has voluntarily arranged arts exhibitions for the underprivileged children in the country. The organization has highly talented creative employees. Key employees of the organization are Treasurer, Secretary and President. Apart from these three key employees the organization has six associates. All these employees of the organization are significantly experienced in the domain of arts. The organization also has an advisory board. This advisory board helps the organization to fix their various strategies. The advisory board has five members. All these members provide different advices to the organization. Annual budget of the organization is more than 1 million. The budget of the organization is significantly suitable with the nature of their operational scale. The nature of the budget is clearly showing that the organization has done lots of homework before coming up with their annual budget. Annual budget of the company is clearly reflecting the proactive measures of the company. The organization has addressed several important factors before coming up with their annual budget. Twin Cities Fine Arts mainly arranges their funds from the membership. People of the Minneapolis take membership, for taking membership they have to pay some amounts of money. New members of the organization pay $250. Apart from the new member, existing members of the organization also renew their memberships. Apart from the common people the organization enjoys patronage of the various celebrities across the country. It also gets funds from Arts Council and local government. The company also enjoys sponsorships. The organization has planned an artistic program called ART ON THE TOWN EVENTS for the next year. The event will somewhat new in nature2. The event will concentrate more on the contemporary issues of the society. Previously the event focused upon the traditional arts and culture. The event will be much more creative where feedbacks of the visitors will be given significant importance. The event will include more people from the Art community. The company also offers lots of educational activities. Over the years the company has arranged lots of learning sessions for the society. All these learning sessions have successfully reached towards the society. Those educational activities have significantly enlightened art loving people of the state3. Their activities were not confined in the urban areas only; the company conducted their activities in the rural and semi urban areas also. Educational activities of the organization are extensive in nature. Venue for the artistic program is absolutely accessible for the visitors. The venue is located at the heart of the city of Minneapolis. So location is easily physically accessible. The venue has enough space for car parking. This helps the visitors to park their cars without any problem. Apart from the private vehicle, visitors can visit the venue with the help of public transport also. The venue is highly attractive in nature due to the suitable street lighting. Interior of the venue is absolutely accessible. The organization is definitely financially accessible for the people. It takes only US $250 for the new members to enter into the organization. Membership fee of the company are not at all high. In each year members of the organization renew their memberships. The organization has a clear cut membership scheme. With the help of this membership scheme the organization manages its member’s data base. The organization follows an annual membership scheme i.e. members of the company have to pay their membership once in a year. Twin City Fine Arts does not use mailing list. Twin City Fine Arts provides state of the art services to their visitors. There is a cafe inside the premises of the organization where visitors can get various kinds of foods and beverages. Inside the premises there are bars and restaurants here visitors or art loving people can eat and drink. Apart from all these there are lots of shops available which are selling various art materials like pencils, colours and etc. Toilets of the organization are clean. Audiences of the company are quite experienced as far as the arts and culture is concerned. Audiences of the organization have very refine and balanced tests for the arts. Audiences of the company are from various demographic situations. People from different age groups are the audiences of the company. Audiences of Twin City Fine Arts events are having detailed knowledge about the arts. Overall impression of the organization is good. The organization has significantly focused towards the multidimensional aspects of the arts. In the last 14 years the organization has tried to come up with a refined look where all the stakeholders of the company are taken care of. Conclusion The modern day lives of the human being are significantly busy in nature. In between the busy schedules arts bring fresh air to the human lives. The Minneapolis based organization has tried to focus on this aspect only. The above study has clearly indicated that the organization is associated with various charitable activities apart from their core activities of various arts events and exhibitions. The whole funding of the company are mainly dependent on the membership. Apart from the membership Twin City Fine Arts enjoys the sponsorships of NAVAS pack& Ship, Adsoka, Park square theatre and Dunn Bross Coffee. Location of the venue is easily accessible for the visitors. Visitor services of the company are self-reflective and highly satisfactory. Accessibility inside the building is also significantly suitable for all types of visitors. Providing equal opportunity to every people is also an important characteristic of the company. The study has categorically indicated that the organization does not compromise with the quality. Qualities of the printed materials are highly satisfactory. The organization gives comprehensive focus towards relationship management.
