Training Module Task Helping employees to manage their work/life boundary Work life boundary is a critical element that influences the output level within institutions. Individuals should strike valuable work life balance through conventional approaches that enhance their performance. Ideally, managers are responsible for sensitizing their employees on the importance of striking effective work balance. The managers can achieve this balance through continuous training on work life issues. Furthermore, they should inform personnel on the modalities that would enable employees to understand good and poor ways of managing work life.

This is critical since working life cannot be fruitful without a social life. This paper presents a training module for managers that will help employees manage their work and life boundary. The subject, audience and accomplishmentThe managers will undergo extensive training on how to build an effective relationship with their subordinates. Moreover, the managers will learn how to increase the motivation of employees such as rewarding competent employees and allowing them to be part of decision-making.

The manager will increase workers commitment to work thereby minimizing absenteeism. The managers will experience one-week training with an estimate of two hours daily. The topic and description of trainingThe program will assist managers to maintain stability within their organizations. Additionally, this program will educate them on ways of increasing employee motivation within an organization thereby ensuring high motivation of employees throughout. When workers are proactive, they will do anything necessary to ensure that the corporate achieve the goals and objectives (Fox, 2009).

An organization where subordinates exhibit low motivation is entirely vulnerable to both internal and external complexities. This is because the employees do not have the capacity to work an extra mile in upholding the organization stability. Therefore, an unsteady organization eventually underperforms (Fox, 2009). At the end of the training, the participants will have the capability of developing ways of communicating efficiently any information workers require to perform their duties effectively.

Secondly, this training will enable managers develop ways of ensuring that workers attain motivation from the nature of work. Thirdly, the participants will have the capacity to empower employees to delegate. Purpose of trainingThe training is conducted to equip employees with information on the need to develop balanced work/life activities. This is fundamental because developing a viable work/life boundary is a performance measure that individuals should undertake to improve their productivity (Zelenka, 2008).

The training enables institutions to enhance their efficiency and competitiveness. It would advance the production of superior goods through innovation and creativity. These elements are achievable through systematic training and flexibility that enables employees to diversify their operations rather than focus on single aspects of life.Course objectivesI. To develop effective work and personal life boundary that is socially and economically viableII. To create a flexible working environment that enables them to diversify and to record optimal performanceIII.

To analyze the imperativeness of striking effective work/life boundary in economic and social perspectivesIV. To develop competitive working plans that are performance orientedCourse OutlineThe course module will equip the employees with relevant incentives that would empower them to identify appropriate and poor ways of managing work life. The course outlines training guidelines to ensure that the employees adopt appropriate planning and time management processes (Zelenka, 2008). The major deliverable during the training process is to enable employees understand that different elements influence performance at wok and personal level.

They should analyze the appropriate and poor ways of administering work life to ensure the activities adopted are viable. Lesson Plan and resources usedI will convey appropriate strategies that managers may incorporate within the organization to ensure workers perform their delegated duties diligently. The maximum number of participants in the session is fifty because sensitive issues require a minimal number of participants. However, during the last day I will listen to the reactions of the participants regarding the training module.

Additionally, I will use Power point slides to convey the information and forward some notes to the participants by mail so that they can review them after the end of the training module.ReferencesFox, M.
